Strata Maintenance Services

Among the most frequently requested services for strata properties are weekly lawn upkeep, spring power raking and aeration, seasonal cleanups in spring and fall, weed management, as well as pruning for shrubs and trees. We can also provide service and repairs to irrigation equipment, including seasonal startup and blowouts.

Additionally, we provide landscape touch-ups, which involve refreshing garden beds with mulch, replenishing soil, and incorporating decorative rocks. Our services also encompass replanting annuals, perennials, and shrubs, as well as thinning or removing overgrown plants and replacing them with low-maintenance alternatives that require less water.
